2023 Summer Academy Student Registration

Join us over summer for STEM Academy excitement!

Thank you for your interest in the Bay Area LEEDS Summer Academies to be held in June through the beginning of August, 2023.

These summer academy experiences have been designed for up to 55 East Bay high school students. They will provide an opportunity to have a learning experience that will be engaging, fun and full of challenges. By the end of each academy, you'll have worked with a team to develop a solution to a real-world problem. Please note that as you will be working as part of a team, your attendance every day is mandatory!

During the day, you'll hear from industry professionals, participate in hands-on activities, and work with some great high school teachers and students from around the East Bay area.

The application for the academies is a three-step process. You are about to complete Step 1, which is the online registration process. By registering online, you are letting us know of your interest in participating in the academy experience.

Step 2 of the process is to complete the Summer Academy General Application packet. Please mail the completed application to the address on the front of the form once your parent/guardian has signed all required forms in the application.

Step 3 begins after you return your completed application. Once you have been contacted by Janice Fujii to confirm your acceptance into the academy(ies) chosen, you will be given instructions on how to pay for the camp (if applicable). Please note, for those academies with registration fees, fee waivers are available if an economic hardship exists.
