Your responses will inform CCYP's strategic priorities and guide the development of innovative programs and resources, in collaboration with our community partners (nonprofit organizations, businesses, legislators, etc.), to retain and attract young professionals to the region.

This is CCYP's 2nd Shape the Cape Survey; over 3,000 people responded in 2014 to the first survey. Let's beat that record and make this survey even more valuable to the pursuit of a vibrant and resilient future for Cape Cod.
