INTRODUCTION AND INSTRUCTIONS

Dear Allied Health Care Worker of ONA/RRMC-Techs:

Part of getting a good contract is supporting the bargaining proposals.

Once our survey is completed and the results are tabulated, the bargaining team will use the results to develop proposals and help prioritize what we negotiate.

When you mark something as important, it means that you are committed to taking action in order to win. This could be attending ONA meetings, wearing ONA buttons or stickers, signing petitions, maybe even participating in work place demonstrations.

The first step to winning is to make our voice heard. Fill out your survey today!

Instructions:
1.   If there is an asterisk (*) by a question, it denotes a question that is very important and must be answered in order to proceed in the survey.

2.   If you get stuck on a question, move to the next one and return to it later or leave it blank..

3.   We recommend that you work through the survey in one sitting. You can work back and forth within the survey until you are done. If you close the survey before completing it, your answers will not be saved.

4.   We estimate that it will take you about 10-20 minutes to complete the survey.
