Your participation in this anonymous survey will power a new career benchmark dashboard tool that family physicians can use to negotiate and make career decisions. The compensation data and information about your role and work setting will help inform an interactive dashboard all AAFP members can use for free.

The survey is completely anonymous and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. It includes questions about your 2022 pre-tax income, schedule, benefits, and work satisfaction, but if you don’t have your 2022 taxes or current contract on hand, please just respond to the best of your ability.
