2017 ABC Ballot Proposals

WHEN YOUR TIME ZONE REACHES MIDNIGHT ON FEBRUARY 28TH, THE BALLOT PROCESS WILL BE CLOSED TO YOUR MEETING.  IF YOUR SUBMISSION IS TIME STAMPED BEYOND THAT POINT, YOUR GROUP'S BALLOT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Please present the Ballot Proposals to your group and take a Group Conscience vote on each one.

The following pages include the proposed ballot results for the 2017 ABC as submitted by the ACA fellowship, along with WSO Analysis related to the proposals.

Guidelines for voting:

1.  Each proposal includes the Issue, History/Reasoning, Argument in Favor and WSO Analysis.  Please indicate whether your group thinks the proposal should be on the ABC Agenda by indicating Yes, No, or No Opinion. According to the OPPM all "No" and "No Opinion" votes are counted as No's in the 2/3rds affirmative calculation.

2.  If your group would like to add a comment about a proposal there is space provided.

3.  All proposals that receive a 2/3rds favorable vote of those groups who vote will be put on the agenda for discussion and possible action at the ABC in San Diego, California, on April 20th and 21st.

The fellowship received 16 unique proposals for each group's consideration.  Duplicate proposals were consolidated.
