The winner’s artwork will be featured on the 2016 Illinois Tollway map, which is distributed to more than 100,000 drivers throughout Northern Illinois.
The grand prize winner and three runners-up will receive gift certificates from Blick Art Materials and MB Real Estate for use at Tollway oases restaurants and shops.
