1. Revenue Intelligence Scorecard

This scorecard assesses whether your organization has trusted, connected, decision-ready revenue signal.

The goal is not to measure how many dashboards, reports, or systems your company has. The goal is to understand whether leaders and operating teams have the data trust, shared definitions, ownership, visibility, insight quality, and operating adoption needed to make better decisions across growth, retention, pricing, margin, AI, investment, and value creation.

The Revenue Intelligence Scorecard works alongside the Revenue Leakage Scorecard and AI Value Creation Scorecard. Revenue Intelligence shows whether the organization has trusted, connected, decision-ready data. Revenue Leakage shows where revenue or margin may be lost or under-monetized. AI Value Creation shows whether AI is being applied in ways that improve business outcomes.

For Revenue Room™ CEO Boardroom members, these three scorecards connect to the CEO Value Creation Baseline. The CEO defines the value-creation priorities; the scorecards show where organizational capability, alignment, and execution gaps may support or slow progress against those priorities.

For Revenue Room™ Growth Room members, this scorecard can also be used independently to assess revenue intelligence maturity within a function, business unit, brand, event portfolio, or revenue line. It creates a baseline that can be retaken every 3–6 months to track whether revenue intelligence capabilities are improving over time.

Who should complete this scorecard

This scorecard is most useful when completed by leaders with visibility into revenue data, reporting, definitions, forecasting, analytics, finance, commercial operations, customer data, audience/member data, product/event performance, or operating cadence.

Relevant respondents may include leaders from Revenue, RevOps, Finance, Data/Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Events, Operations, Strategy, or business-unit teams.

We strongly recommend a team-based approach. Multiple responses will provide a clearer view of where the organization is aligned, where perspectives differ, and which revenue intelligence capabilities may need the most attention.
