Revenue Room™ Growth Readiness Diagnostic: AI Value Creation Scorecard |
1. AI Value Creation Scorecard
This scorecard assesses whether your organization is turning AI activity into measurable business value.
The goal is not to measure how many AI tools, pilots, or experiments are underway. The goal is to understand whether AI is tied to clear business outcomes, embedded in meaningful workflows, governed responsibly, connected to the right data, and measured for impact across revenue growth, margin, productivity, decision speed, customer value, and monetization.
The AI Value Creation Scorecard works alongside the Revenue Intelligence Scorecard and Revenue Leakage Scorecard. Revenue Intelligence shows whether the organization has trusted, connected, decision-ready data. Revenue Leakage shows where revenue or margin may be lost or under-monetized. This scorecard shows whether AI is being applied in ways that improve those outcomes.
For Revenue Room™ CEO Boardroom members, these three scorecards connect to the CEO Value Creation Baseline. The CEO defines the value-creation priorities; the scorecards show where organizational capability, alignment, and execution gaps may support or slow progress against those priorities.
For Revenue Room™ Growth Room members, this scorecard can also be used independently to assess AI value-creation maturity within a function, business unit, brand, event portfolio, or revenue line. It creates a baseline that can be retaken every 3–6 months to track whether AI capabilities are improving over time.
Who should complete this scorecard
This scorecard is most useful when completed by leaders with visibility into AI strategy, data, technology, product, revenue workflows, operations, analytics, governance, or customer-facing use cases.
Relevant respondents may include leaders from AI, Data, Technology, Product, Revenue, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, or business-unit teams.
We strongly recommend a team-based approach. Multiple responses will provide a clearer view of where the organization is aligned, where perspectives differ, and which AI value-creation capabilities may need the most attention.
