Welcome to 2019 Cityscape Awards for Real Estate in Egypt

Before you access the system here are a few important points to note:
•  The entry deadline is Thursday 24 January at 5PM (EET) - this date is final and there will be no extensions provided. The system will automatically prevent entry creation and submission after this date and time.
•  Projects are eligible to enter more than one category however, a separate submission must be submitted for each award category entered.
•  Only projects in Egypt will be eligible for submission.
•  An entrant may submit as many individual projects as desired as long as each entry is in full compliance with the eligibility criteria.
•  Please make sure all project details are entered accurately, including architect and developer name, as this will be used in the awards presentation if shortlisted.
•  You can submit up to 5 images to complete your submission.
•  The awards are FREE to enter.

AWARDS CATEGORIES
Categories cover Built Projects (those already completed) and Future Projects (those incomplete or still in planning phase). Both developer and the architect will be awarded for their contribution to the winning projects in each of the following categories:

Commercial Project Award
Description: A building or complex of single commercial use
Examples: Office buildings, factories, warehouses, logistics and distribution facilities

Leisure & Hospitality Project Award
Description: A building or complex that provides a leisure and/or hospitality function(s)
Examples: Hotels, serviced apartments, sports & leisure facilities, restaurants

Community, Culture & Tourism Project Award
Description: A public building or complex for the arts or serving the community
Examples: Museums, visitor centres, educational facilities, hospitals, religious buildings, airports

Residential – Low Rise Project Award
Description: A residential development of a minimum of 10 units (G+4 and below)
Examples: Villa/townhouse complex, apartments, low rise towers (G+4 and below)

Residential – High Rise Project Award
Description: A residential development of a minimum of 10 units (G+5 and above)
Examples: Apartments, high rise towers (G+5 and above)
