Dear colleagues,

To facilitate collaboration in a field with multiple stakeholders, the ISN proposes to organize a cross-disciplinary network ("i3C") linking diverse groups working on chronic kidney disease of unknown origin (CKDu) throughout the world. As one concrete contribution, i3C will curate a list of studies designed to promote communication and collaboration among research groups and communities.

We invite you to share a basic outline of human studies in the following form. If you are limited in what details you can provide, then even answering the first 3 very basic questions of the survey will help to document study locations and provide context for colleagues working on diverse aspects of CDKu and agencies supporting research in this area.

We estimate that the entire survey will take 5-10 minutes and plan to host the information on the ISN website starting in 2020.

Thank you for sharing this survey (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ISN_CKDU_survey) with your colleagues.

If you would like a PDF version of the survey in English please email advocacy@theisn.org

We would be very grateful for your participation by Friday, 15 November 2019.

Thank you for your involvement and readiness to participate.
