2024 Employer Satisfaction Survey

Thank you for taking the time to fill out the PERS Employer Satisfaction Survey. The survey should take you about five minutes to complete. You can edit your responses until you reach the end of the survey or close your browser window.

At the end of the survey there is an option for those in finance/budget roles to share additional feedback to support the development of PERS' Unfunded Actuarial Liability (UAL) Resolution Program.

Purpose: The Employer Satisfaction Survey enables you to tell PERS, the agency, how we can better support you. We will use your feedback to prioritize improvements in how we support PERS-participating employers.

Audience: The main survey is meant for any staff member at a PERS-participating employer who interacts with PERS, the agency. There is no limit to the number of staff members from any employer who may take the survey.
