At the end of the survey there is an option for those in finance/budget roles to share additional feedback to support the development of PERS' Unfunded Actuarial Liability (UAL) Resolution Program.

Purpose: The Employer Satisfaction Survey enables you to tell PERS, the agency, how we can better support you. We will use your feedback to prioritize improvements in how we support PERS-participating employers.

Audience: The main survey is meant for any staff member at a PERS-participating employer who interacts with PERS, the agency. There is no limit to the number of staff members from any employer who may take the survey.
