PunchAlert is the safety app for you, your neighbors and your entire community. It’s the easiest way to stay safe, informed, and connected to the organizations in your area. The PunchAlert platform includes three modules: Emergencies, Announcements and Tips. Traditionally, customers are creating surveys from scratch in the announcement module with very little analytics or follow up and this integration with SurveyMonkey allows customers to select create surveys and then select them right in PunchAlert to be included in an announcement. To enable and utilize the SurveyMonkey integration, login to the PunchAlert admin console (https://admin.punchalert.com) and navigate to Admin Settings->Tools->Integrations and the select 'Enable' on the SurveyMonkey link. Once authenticated, the integration will be available in the form of a dropdown list of existing surveys under the options of a new announcement.
