Nurse Practitioner Valid Signature Bill Survey

The NPA is asking for your assistance as the Board of Directors will soon convene to set the 2013 Legislative Agenda. The purpose of this survey is to clarify and specify the barriers that Nurse Practitioners face in daily practice. The Valid Signature Bill (A2157/S3881) has been introduced in prior years and we now look to hone the language in this Bill to position it for passing the Assembly, Senate, and Governor's Signature.

**Note that this survey is intended to identify barriers specific to New York State regulations. National issues such as nurse practitioners ordering Home Health Care and/or Durable Medical Equipment is beyond the scope of this survey.**
