Thank you for opening this page. You are invited to participate in a research study of temporary workers' experiences.

The purpose of this study is to better understand and promote better workplace experiences for temporary workers. We are doing this study because temporary workers are often left out of studies of the workforce despite the fact they are very important part of the workforce today.

This survey will be totally anonymous and neither the researcher, your temporary agency, nor your workplace organization, will have access to your name, email address, your computer ip address, or any other contact information. In addition, your temporary agency and your workplace organization will not receive any research results from which the identities of respondents can be identified.

If you have any questions please contact Fumiko Ie, Department of Communication, University of Utah (801-865-8644 or fumiko.ie@m.cc.utah.edu).

Contact the Institutional Review Board (IRB) if you have questions regarding your rights as a research participant. Also, contact the IRB if you have questions, complaints or concerns which you do not feel you can discuss with the investigator. The University of Utah IRB may be reached by phone at (801) 581-3655 or by e-mail at irb@hsc.utah.edu.
