CALL FOR PROPOSALS

INSTRUCTIONS
To submit a proposal for a presentation or poster, complete the online proposal form below. You will be required to provide full contact and biographical information for all presenters. If your presentation is selected, you will be required to register separately for the Symposium; registration information will be sent out October 3.

Presentation Format: Presentations will be 20 minutes in length, with 10 minutes after each session for questions. Presentations are allowed one presenter and one co-presenter. All rooms will be set up classroom style with a PC laptop and projector and access to wireless internet. Presenters who wish to use their own Mac laptop will need to provide their own adapters. Presenters will be expected to submit their presentation electronically to APNEP at least one week before the Symposium. It is recommended that presenters also bring a back-up copy on a flash drive.

Poster Setup and Display: Posters will be displayed during the symposium from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Poster set up will occur on Thursday, Nov. 17 between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. To the degree possible, posters will be arranged by topic or theme. If you would like your poster displayed with others – either your own or by a different presenter – please indicate this in your proposal.
