Welcome to the SMILE online learning course - thank you for joining us.
By joining this online learning course, you will be participating in six teaching units covering a variety of aspects on the use of social media in learning and education. There will be plenty of opportunity for reflection and discussion too.
As you may know, the SMILE project has been funded by an inaugural Digital Citizenship Research Grant from Facebook, and we will be reviewing the impact of the course at regular points during the project. We therefore ask you to take a few minutes to complete this survey before commencing the course. A similar survey will be conducted at three further points over the course of the year, to see how your views might change over time.
