*Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs) *NEW*
*Acupuncturists
*Chiropractors
*Naturopaths
*Optometrists

Under each specialty listed below, we'd like you to tell us which local specialist you would call if you or a loved one needed medical care. You may not vote for yourself, and we ask that you make your selections without regard to hospital, clinic, or health plan affiliations.
*You must be a licensed medical professional (MD, DO, ND, DPM, Lac, OD, ARNP, RN, NP, PA) to take this survey.
*You may select up to three practitioners in each field.
*You may vote only once for a given practitioner.
*You may vote for practitioners in the Seattle area (King, Kitsap, Snohomish, and Pierce counties.)
Nominations are due by midnight on Tuesday, May 15th.
