At the Consortium of NY Geriatric Education Centers (CNYGEC), we offer specialized training programs in geriatrics and gerontology in order to meet the health care needs of the growing number of older adults.

It is important for the current and future workforce to understand the diversity of the older population and be prepared to work on interprofessional teams in a range of settings.
