Introduction
In 2010, the European Board of Anaesthesiology (EBA), the European Society of Anaesthesiology (ESA) and the National Anaesthesia Societies Committee (NASC) launched the Helsinki Declaration on Patient Safety in Anaesthesiology. Four years on, we are interested in learning which elements of the Helsinki Declaration have been implemented and where in the world.
