Client experiences of the Work Programme

Client experience of the Work Programme

Introduction
Thank you for your time in completing this questionnaire.

We want to find out about the experience of clients on the Department for Work and Pensions' Work Programme. The Programme is part of DWP's 'Get Britain Working' measures and is being delivered by a range of private, public and voluntary sector organisations that are supporting the long-term unemployed and those with additional barriers to find work.

The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete and is anonymous. It is designed to be completed
online during a key working session with the client. The client's details will not be discussed with any agency or provider they have been in contact with. We will use the responses to inform our discussions with government and Work Programme providers about how to improve the way the Work Programme supports clients with histories of drug and / or alcohol use.

If you or the client need help with completing the questionnaire, or want to talk to us about how we will use the information gathered, please contact Paul Anders at DrugScope on: 020 7234 9799,
