Welcome to the 2015 IT Learning & Development Professionals Research Survey.
Last year, we launched our first annual Developer Learning Assessment Research Survey. From that survey, we were able to compile a comprehensive report detailing key elements required to build a world-class learning program for technical talent.
This year, we intend to create a more complete picture by learning firsthand, from L&D professionals, the industry trends and challenges of managing learning programs for IT teams. The survey should take you approximately eight minutes to complete.
