Bird Survey Questionnaire

CVC is looking for intermediate to advanced birders to assist us in a one-day grassland bird survey blitz. The survey will take place between May 25 and June 15 (date to be confirmed). Birders will go out in groups of 2-3. We will be focusing on the middle and upper regions of the Credit River watershed (North-West Brampton, West Caledon, Halton Hills, Erin). We need as many people as possible who have a strong ability to identify birds through vocalizations. Intermediate birders will be paired with more experienced birders. Please tell your birding friends!

By filling out this questionnaire you are not committing to participating in the survey, but rather demonstrating your interest in potentially participating and providing us information to help organize the event and training.

You can expect to hear back from us in a couple of months with a confirmed date. Around that time we will ask people to officially sign up to participate.

The survey will take place in the morning. A two hour training session prior to the survey will also be required prior to this day.
