Through conversations with tenants and other customers, the Council is updating its Tenant Participation Strategy. We are looking for your views on ways to improve tenant participation. The current Strategy is here: http://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/tenantparticipation or call 0131 529 7805 for a copy.
All social landlords must have a Tenant Participation Strategy and the Scottish Social Housing Charter expects landlords to make sure that “tenants and other customers find it easy to participate in and influence their landlord’s decisions at a level they feel comfortable with.” You can find the Charter here http://housingcharter.scotland.gov.uk/ or phone 0131 529 7805 for a copy.
