Watford Borough Council's Community Survey 2013 covers a range of areas where we would welcome your views.

Understanding what is important to you and how you rate the services we provide is of real value in helping us make the right decisions for local people and for Watford.

The survey is open until Monday 6 January 2014.

In recognition of the time and effort you put into completing the survey, we would like to offer you the opportunity of entering your completed survey into a prize draw. Five surveys will be selected at random to receive a £30 intu Watford (Harlequin as was) voucher. Just fill in your details at the end of the survey.
