The Big Give Christmas Challenge questionnaire

World Land Trust (WLT) took part in an online fundraising event called The Big Give Christmas Challenge, between 5 and 9 of December 2011. We encouraged our supporters to give generously in the knowledge that their donations could be matched but this fundraising event, organised by The Big Give, experienced a variety of technical problems. WLT is concerned about frustrations this may have caused and would be very grateful for feedback on your experience.
