Welcome! This survey is designed to provide a snapshot of our beautiful village of Lennox Head and some of the issues surrounding where we live. The survey is the brainchild of both the Lennox Wave and the Lennox Head Resident's Association and both have provided input into the contents. The survey is entirely confidential and no single response can be traced back to any person responding and data will be used in a pooled form only. If you have already submitted a written or online response then please DO NOT fill in another one. And don't forget if you wish to enter the random prize draw please ensure we have your email or telephone details by filling the section at the completion of the survey. The Lennox Wave is donating a $100 voucher to be used at a Lennox Head shop of your choice whilst the Resident's Association will give $100 to a nominated charity of whoever is drawn.
