Dear Parents:

Every year we give our current families the first opportunity to enroll for the next school year. Since we have many students on our waiting list, it is very important for you to re-enroll your children now if you want them to attend CMCA or The Vanguard School next year. In order to do that, you must either submit this online form or return a printed form to the office by Friday, January 18th. If you do not submit the online version or return the printed version of your Letter of Intent by January 18th, and then decide to re-enroll, your child(ren) will be grouped with those on the waiting list.

I hereby state that is my full intention to enroll my child(ren) in Cheyenne Mountain Charter Academy or The Vanguard School for the 2013-2014 school year.

I am considering returning to CMCA or The Vanguard School, but I have an issue that I would like to discuss with an administrator.

I do not intend to have my child(ren) return to CMCA or The Vanguard School for the 2013-2014 school year.

*Placing an incoming kindergarten student on this list does NOT complete the application process. You must fill out an application for all incoming kindergartners, which can be found on our website: www.cmca12.com.
*Please DO NOT request a teacher on this form. Teacher requests written on the Letter of Intent will not be collected. Class lists will be determined by the administration based on individual student needs and the needs of the school.
