UPLOADS Lite - TEST VERSION ONLY

UPLOADS Lite allows you to contribute incident and near miss data to the UPLOADS industry dataset.

The main aim of this research is the identification of the prevalence of incidents and their contributing factors in the led outdoor activity sector.

A newsletter outlining the results will be issued at six monthly intervals. This will report the number of incidents reported, type of incidents, causal factors involved. No individuals or organisations will be identifiable from these reports.

Participation in this study is voluntary and organisations may withdraw at any stage, without explanation and there will be no consequences as a result. However, it will not be possible to withdraw deidentified data once it is submitted to the online database, as it will not be possible for the research team to identify this information within the dataset.

This study has been approved by the University of the Sunshine Coast Ethics Committee (Reference: A/13/454).
