The survey asks for your comments in three categories. The first two are from the recommendations of the task group report on RDA appendix I and RDA appendix J. The third category is from the "Additional Recommendations" in Appendix A of the Task Group Report.
Providing relationship designators in bibliographic records (Appendix I)

If a term for a relationship is not in Appendix I, devise an appropriate term and propose it for formal inclusion. The term is considered pre-approved but will be changed by the cataloger if it is not accepted. Use an element term if the nature of the relationship can not be ascertained even at a general level.

When upgrading records to PCC standards, catalogers should evaluate existing relationship designators, MARC relator codes or terms and correct them if necessary and add high impact relationship designators as appropriate.
