The Survey Monkey Online Form for reporting Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional™ (CRCP™) continuing education (CE) credits is no longer active.
FINRA Member Relations and Education (MRE) has a new system for CRCP graduates to report their CRCP CE credits. CRCP graduates who have graduated after 2003 are required to complete 12 hours of CE every three years. The new system will allow you to self-report the CRCP CE credits you have completed and review your CE progress. In addition, you may view and update your contact information (e.g., mailing address, phone number, email address, employment, and work title).
To access the CRCP CE reporting system:

To access the CRCP CE reporting system:
1. Click on this link: https://crcp.finra.org to access the CRCP CE system.
2. Select “register new user” and submit the requested identifying information (e.g., name, email address).
3. The system will send an email to the email address you provided with a temporary password and link to reset your password.
4. Once you have changed your password, you will be required to log in with the new password and set up your security questions.
5. You then will be prompted to enter a confirmation number. This confirmation number was emailed to all CRCP graduates in June 2017. If you no longer have your confirmation number, please email FINRA at crcp@finra.org to obtain your individualized confirmation number.
To report CRCP CE credits:
1. Click on the “My Credits” tab and select the Report Credit button;
2. Type the name of the course (e.g., conference, webinar, podcast) into the Class Name field and select the appropriate class from the selection that appears at the bottom of the screen;
3. Type in the date you completed the class; and
4. Click the Save button.
To view and update contact information:
1. Click on the “My Profile” tab and select the information to be viewed or updated; and
2. Click the Save button to save any changes you have made.
