Where do we go from here?
Just over a year ago, A Greener Hawick became a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO). Since then, we have completed a low-level assessment of a set of burns on the National Forestry Estate to see if it would be possible to set up a hydro-electric scheme. Due to other commitments, little else has happened and the remaining members of the Steering group would like guidance from the members and supporters of A Greener Hawick as to what should happen next.
