Your ideas matter to us!

WHAT IS THIS SURVEY ABOUT? We want to hear about your experiences with MOUSE so that we can make improvements to the program. This is not a test and there are no right or wrong answers. We will not share your responses with anyone at your school or site. The survey should take you about 30 minutes to complete.

"BUT I'M IN TECH CREW?" We know that those of you in the Chicago area use the name Tech Crew. However, for the purposes of this survey we will call the program MOUSE Squad.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME? If you complete the ENTIRE survey, you can enter to win one of five $100 Best Buy Gift cards. Enter your email address at the end of the survey, and be sure to unblock the sender "projects@mouse.org". The system will only accept one survey per student.
