St Mary's Guildhall

We are constantly seeking to improve upon the service we offer to our customers and visitors, and would be grateful if you could spare a few minutes of your time to provide some feedback using the questions below. For the purposes of this survey, 'St. Mary's Guildhall' covers all services we provide, including private events, meetings, Godiva's café-restaurant and leisure/cultural visits.

This survey is being carried out by St. Mary's Guildhall, in line with the Data Protection Act 1998. The data controller is Coventry City Council. All responses will be treated in confidence and held securely. All information produced will be anonymised. The overall findings from this survey will only be used for service improvement purposes, and will not be shared with external agencies or organisations.
