Request for Safe Transitions SharePoint Access

In an effort to facilitate continued collaboration with the Learning & Action Network, we have created SharePoint sites. The LAN site includes links to tools & resources, a calendar of events, and other content that you or your colleagues add.

In addition to the statewide site, each community coalition also has their own sites with restricted access to members only. Coalitions post agendas, meeting notes, shared tools & resources, and their calendar of events.

Please complete this brief questionnaire by so we can provide login information with appropriate access. Requests will be processed within a week of receipt.
