Each teacher who participated in the DIGITS project is being asked to complete this survey. Completion of the survey is entirely voluntarily but the information you provide is very important. Project leaders will use summary data to make improvements in DIGITS. There are no risks to completing the survey and all data are anonymous. A summary of the survey results will be summarized and posted to the DIGITS website.
