Registration for the Spring Visit Weekend has now closed. The Admissions office is more than happy to plan individual visits for prospective students throughout the rest of the spring. Please contact us to set something up!
Thank you for your interest in attending Virginia Theological Seminary's annual Spring Visit Weekend for prospective students. This event, formerly known as the "Conference on Ministry", will be held February 13-15, 2015.
The registration form asks you to provide a variety of information about your background and family. This information will be used by the student committees who are organizing the weekend as they plan for panel discussions, tours, social events, worship, and other aspects of the weekend. They want to be sure that they include the information and activities that are most important to you as you consider where to attend seminary and can do this most effectively if they know a little bit about you in advance. Thank you for sharing this information with us.
Once you have registered, you will receive an electronic confirmation of the receipt of your registration, via the e-mail address you provide. Additional information about the weekend will be sent to you as the conference draws closer; this communication will be sent via your preferred mode of communication, which you will select during your registration. This letter is not electronically generated, so will not arrive immediately after registration, but rather will be sent manually.
*Please note- we are reaching capacity for our guest housing for the Spring Visit Weekend. We are currently exploring alternative housing options.*
The Registration deadline is 5:00 PM EST on Friday, January 23rd. If the event reaches a point of capacity, we will create a wait list.
