Caddo Parish Public Schools would like to invite all community stakeholders to provide input on the District’s strategic plan, Re-Imagine Caddo: The Plan for Excellence. This short online survey is meant to collect anonymous input from the community on Caddo Parish Public Schools from those individuals that did not have the opportunity to attend one of our four community forums the week of September 15, 2014. The input received will be aggregated and published to the Caddo Parish Public Schools website, and used as input to Re-Imagine Caddo: The Plan for Excellence.
