Complaint Handling in Acute Hospitals

Introduction

The purpose of this investigation is to assess the overall quality of complaint handling within Irish public and acute hospitals.

Please note that the investigation will not involve an examination (or re-examination) of individual complaints.

We are interested in hearing both positive and negative perceptions of how the complaints process works within a public and acute hospital. The closing date for receipt of submissions is Friday 22 August 2014
