1. ACA Employer Impact Survey II
This is a survey on the impact of the employer mandate of the Affordable Care Act. It is intended to provide information on the likely impact of the employer mandate which takes effect for employers of 100 or more FTEs on January 1, 2015 and for all other employers on January 1, 2016.
This is a second survey, in follow-up to our 2013 survey, intended to obtain current information on the impact of the ACA employer mandate in home care.
The survey is intended solely for entities that provide home care services.
