The voters list containing members email has already been provided to the voting service provider for the ratification vote. Automatic email updates will no longer be accepted.
If you have not received the email allowing you to obtain your 20-digit PIN for the ratification vote:
• The email message may have automatically gone to your spam or promotions folder in your email account. Please check these folders or alternatively you can search your email account for a message from oecta@securevote.ca
• Some members will receive their voting information in letter format via Canada Post. Please check your mailbox for a letter from the Association.
If you still need help obtaining your 20-Digit PIN call the help line at 1-844-550-3793. Please have your OECTA Membership Number, your Social Insurance Number and your Ontario College of Teachers Registration Number available for verification.
