Strengthening Core Learning Survey Agreement
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey! Your insights and information are important to our efforts to improve teaching and learning at LaGuardia Community College.
The survey will take fewer than 10 minutes to complete. Your participation in this survey is voluntary. If you begin the survey, you may choose not to complete it without penalty.
Participating in this survey will not affect your grade. Your instructor will not be able to see your individual responses. Your information will be confidential; all data will be stored in a password-protected electronic format. To help protect your confidentiality, the surveys will not contain information that will personally identify you or your professor. Your data will only be shared with staff from your college or the university in aggregate, that is, as part of other responses, and will not be reported on individually. The results of this study will be used for scholarly purposes only.
