Introduction
The Mountain States Genetics Regional Collaborative wants to help families be prepared in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency, particularly families of children with genetics disorders or children with special health needs. In this survey, we ask about your emergency concerns and plans. Based on this survey, we will be developing materials to support family emergency preparedness.
