Heart of Corangamite is a community-based, health development initiative promoting physical activity and healthy eating in children and their families. The project, which is a joint effort of local government, health, education and community agencies, is currently spending time in the community taking stock of what is currently happening; gathering information about issues or factors that may be making it hard for kids and families to eat well and be active as they go about their daily lives. The survey takes 'less than 10 minutes' to complete and all data gathered is confidential and de-identified.
