Explanation of Survey

 
The purpose of this survey is to collect your responses to the Network Assessment Exercise so that we can discuss the overall results in class.

WE WILL ONLY REPORT AGGREGATE DATA. So, no individual's results will be reported back to the group.

To answer the questions in this survey, you must first complete Steps 1-4 of the Network Assessment Exercise, including the Network Grid on page 4.

NOTE: For part 4 of Step 1, answer with regard to your professional development during graduate/professional school.

Remember to bring a hard copy of your Network Assessment Exercise results to class so that you can compare your personal results to the group averages.
