Many clinicians find the way money flows around the NHS bewildering and see it as a barrier to delivering care in the most effective way for patients. This has prompted the Royal Colleges to come together and partner with the NHS Confederation to explore the views of doctors and nurses on the NHS payment system.

This short survey should only take around five minutes to complete. It explores your current understanding of the NHS payment system. It will be used as the basis for a discussion with clinical leaders, highlighting the views from the frontline on this important issue.

The survey will be open for six weeks between Monday 20th July and Monday 31st August. It is intended for Doctors, Nurses and AHPs in the English NHS only.
