Thank you for your interest in sharing your expertise at the Michigan Digital Learning Conference, The deadline to submit a proposal is May 22, 2015. Those submitting proposals will be notified in June with acceptance/non acceptance status.

Accepted primary presenters will receive complimentary registration to the MDLC Conference. Co-presenters are required to pay full registration costs. All Macomb County presenters are eligible to request sub reimbursement.

Wireless access, projectors, computers, document cameras and sound amplification systems will be furnished in presentation rooms. Pre- Conference session are 180 minutes (3 hours) Conference presentations are 60 minutes in length. Hands-on sessions are 120 minutes.

When filling out the proposal, be sure all required fields are populated. When finished, click “submit final” at the bottom of the page. You will not be able to make changes after you click “submit final”. Your proposal will then be sent for review.

The committee will evaluate your proposal for:
• Content — Are your learning objectives and description clear?
• Appropriateness — Is the topic current? Does it promote innovation in student centered learning?
• Appeal — Is the topic relevant? Is there evidence that your presentation will be delivered in an
appealing way?
