Thank you for volunteering to support La Costa Heights! We have a variety of teams and positions you can sign-up for. Please know that signing up simply ensures that you receive information and invitations to participate in these areas - it does NOT commit you to anything at this stage.

Abilities Awareness Team (we like to help kids understand and accept differences in their community)

Art Show Team (we like to help with the Spring Art Show - note, classroom Art Parents please sign up with your teacher, not here)

At-Home Helpers (we like to help with projects from home or work - great for working parents!)

Book Fair Team (we like to help plan the Book Fair in February)

Dad's Club (we Dads like to plan Family Night in the Fall and support LCH whenever possible)

Garden Upkeep Team (we like to maintain our school gardens on our own time - note, classroom garden parents, please sign up with your teacher, not here)

Jogathon Team (we like to help plan our annual Jogathon running/fundraising event for students in February)

Kindness/Community Service Team (we like to help with school-wide and community kindness activities)

Math24 Team (we like to help 3rd - 6th graders play Math24)

Mileage Club Team (we like to encourage kids to run before school and/or during lunchtime)

Potluck Team (we like to make food!)

School Spirit Team (we like to promote school spirit with fun events and merchandise)

Sponsorships Team (we like to help procure sponsorships via email for events like our silent auction)

Spring Parents' Night Out (we help plan the fun parents' night out event in the Spring)

Staff Appreciation Week Team (we like to make people feel special, and help with Staff Appreciation Week in May)

Wellness Team (we like to help with Red Ribbon Week and help kids be healthy and strong)

Winter Festival Team (we like to help plan the Winter Festival that has booths, contests and prizes)

Worker Bees (just tell us where to show up and we'll help for an hour or two if we're free!)

Yearbook Team (we like to help manage and distribute the student yearbook - note, classroom yearbook parents, please sign up with your teacher, not here)
