By completing this survey you will be providing the City of South Perth with important information to assist in the development of strategies to improve cycling infrastructure requirements and road safety around your school.
The information you provide will be collated by the Traffic Technical Officer who will then work with school staff, students and parents in implementing infrastructure changes (over the short and long term) to improve cycling infrastructure and road safety around your school.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete, with a total of six questions.
