KYHMIS Refresher Training Survey
According to Kentucky Housing Corporation's (KHC's) KYHMIS External Policies and Procedures, agency partners must have one refresher training per year to continue the use of his/her KYHMIS license. Previously, this consisted of attending a refresher training session at KHC. In order to better serve our agency partners, we have changed the process to make it more efficient and cost effective.

To fulfill the refresher training requirement, users must now watch our KYHMIS training video series on our KHC Training Videos channel on YouTube. This consists of seven training videos, totaling approximately two hours of content. After watching all seven videos, please complete and submit this survey. Once your survey has been received, you will receive credit for your annual refresher training requirement.
