You are invited to participate in a survey about your experience receiving maternity care while living in a rural or remote area of Ontario. This survey is being conducted by the Association of Ontario Midwives (AOM). The purpose of the survey is to identify any challenges people experience in accessing care, so that strategies and recommendations can be developed to improve access to maternity care in rural and remote communities.
The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and is open to any person who has lived in a rural or remote area of Ontario around the time of pregnancy, labour and/or post-partum. The survey is anonymous - we will not ask you for your name or any other information that could identify you.
Your participation is very valuable in helping the AOM understand how people in rural and remote communities in Ontario access maternity services. Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey!
